Close to 1, 2, 3, B, C trains and various buses, a few blocks walk to Riverside Park and Central Park, next to many different restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores, dry cleaning, other assorted stores – anything you could want and very safe
Extras:
I’ve lived in this apartment for the last seven years and am only moving for a change of pace. Otherwise, because it’s so ideal, I wouldn’t move at all! The building is a Co-op and very well-cared for. Subletters must pass inspection by the Board, which means that you must have proof of employment, a couple character references, etc. It’s completely worth the little bit of extra effort for this place.
