1-bedroom in Ditmas Park, BK

November 30th, 2008

“$1200 Spacious and classic 1-bedroom in Ditmas Park!

I am looking for someone to rent my very large one bedroom apartment
starting Dec 1st through September 1st, with an option to take over
the lease once mine ends. The place is $1200/month and would include a
one month security deposit you would get back in September. The
apartment is perfect for a couple or a single person who wants a lot
of space. Complete with a spacious living room, bathroom, kitchen,
bedroom, plenty of closet space, Victorian style detail, and all
hardwood floors. It’s perfect for entertaining. The building itself is
quiet, mostly families, and includes an elevator.

If you are looking for a cool up-and-coming area, this is the place.
It’s just 3 blocks away from the Ditmas Park food co-op, the Cortelyou
Q stop, and a five minute walk to The Farm on Adderly, the Sycamore
Flower Shop & Bar, and Vox pop café. Laundry mats and alternative
grocery stores right down the street.

There are a few pieces of furniture I would like to leave in the
apartment through September, including a kitchen table and chairs, a
queen size bedframe, chest of drawers, couch and bureau. Use them to
your heart’s content!

*Just FYI, you will have to provide a W-2 or tax return from 2007,
your 2 most recent paystubs, proof of identification, and
authorization for a $40 credit check.

Room for rent in Weehawken, NJ

November 30th, 2008

“The other room in my apartment will be available for rent Jan 1st. Rent is 900 and utilities run about 140ish extra a month. The apartment is approx 1000 sq ft with high ceilings and wood floors. We are on the 2nd floor of a 3 unit bldg in Weehawken nj. There are shuttle buses one block away that run into the city every 5 min. Also the lincoln tunnel is so close that without traffic the commute to NYC is 6 minutes!!! Hoboken is down the hill and about $8 cab ride. Also, parking is not a problem at all. There are always street spots available in front of apartment.”-Jaime
