I’ve lived at this great apartment in Carroll Gardens for three years now, but moving along….. It’s a super apt, very cute, with a large exposed brick wall, great hardwood floors, and a very large bathroom. It’s on the second floor of a great, super-friendly building, on a tree-lined, extremely neighborhood-y block. It’s only two blocks to the subway (F/G) and right by the shopping and eating of Court St. and Smith St. In short, I’m going to miss this place.

The rent is $1525. Take over my lease from August 1 and I’ll pay $500 of your first month’s rent. And the broker who is showing the place will give you a discount on her already low commission.
